The legendary Britpop rock band Oasis is rumored to be reuniting.
On the 26th, Oasis posted an image on their official social media with the date "August 27, 2024, 8 AM" (27.08.24). Fans speculate that the band will announce future plans on that day.
Major local media outlets like the BBC and The Sun also reported that "Oasis will reunite for their 30th debut anniversary" and "They will conduct a tour next summer."
Oasis was formed in 1991, centered around the Gallagher brothers, Liam and Noel. They were hailed as the "Second Beatles" and led the Britpop wave.
They left behind numerous hits, including their debut album "Definitely Maybe," "Wonderwall," "Don't Look Back in Anger," and "Live Forever." They achieved seven No. 1 albums on the UK charts before their breakup.
Oasis disbanded in 2009 due to the feud between Liam and Noel. The brothers fought just before a concert in Paris, and Noel's departure led them on separate paths.
