Japanese model and actress Harin (real name Harada Rin) has recently shared her stance regarding her comments.

On the 13th, Harin posted a lengthy message on her YouTube channel's community tab. She began by stating, "I will write in Japanese to avoid misunderstandings that may arise from using a translator."

She expressed gratitude for the sudden attention, but also mentioned her concerns, clarifying that "the content of the interview referred to feelings of disappointment stemming from highly personal frustrations."

Harin aimed to correct some misunderstandings from fans regarding the interview, emphasizing, "I hope you understand that there was no intention to criticize or expose any specific company or individual."

Regarding her contract termination just before her girl group debut, she explained, "It was a tough time, but I have become stronger. I am still supporting the members (NewJeans) who laughed and cried with me."

Harin moved to South Korea in 2020. After signing as a trainee with Source Music, she transferred to Ador. She was later chosen for the NewJeans debut group but received a notice of contract termination.

She specifically mentioned this process, which has become a topic of discussion, in her recent appearance on Japanese actor Takeda Hiromitsu's YouTube channel 'Gochu Wasabi.' She revealed the reasons behind giving up her dream of becoming a K-pop idol.

Harin recalled, "I practiced hard for two years and was fortunate enough to have even signed an exclusive contract. The CEO said, 'You guys are debuting.' But suddenly, I was the only one to receive a notice of contract termination."

She added, "It was very difficult. Approaching my debut, I was shocked by how everything turned out. I wanted to say goodbye, but I was unable to. The members were also kept from seeing me."

Meanwhile, Harin continues her activities in South Korea, currently appearing in Channel A's weekend drama 'Travel Instead of You.'
