“‘No Place to Go’, Ranks 4th Globally on Netflix…Top 10 Series in 16 Countries”

The Netflix series "In the Woodlands Where No One Exists" (hereinafter "Woodlands") has captivated global audiences.

"Woodlands" was released on the 23rd in 190 countries. According to the latest Netflix Top 10 rankings (19th-25th), the series ranked 4th in the Non-English TV section.

In the 3 days following its release, it recorded 2 million views (calculated by dividing total viewing hours by the series' running time). The total viewing hours during the ranking period was 15.2 million.

It ranked in the Top 10 in 16 countries worldwide, including South Korea, India, Kuwait, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Pakistan, Malaysia, Singapore, Qatar, and the Philippines.

"Woodlands" is a suspense thriller. A mysterious woman arrives at a forest lodge. Following her arrival, ominous events occur, and the lodge owner and those around him find themselves in danger.

The series is directed by Mo Wan-il, known for his delicate psychological portrayal and unique visual style in JTBC's "The World of the Married." This work also offers a visual feast.

Actor Kim Yun-seok plays Yeong-ha, the lodge owner. Yun Kye-sang portrays Sang-jun, who runs a motel. Go Min-si takes on the role of Seong-ah, who is consumed by madness, and Lee Jung-eun plays the police officer Bo-min.
