The accumulated number of plays reached 701,064,920. This marks their second song to reach 700 million streams. NewJeans previously surpassed 700 million with the album’s title track “OMG”.

So far, they have produced a total of 14 Spotify tracks with over 100 million streams. “Super Shy” and “Hype Boy” have 600 million streams, “Attention” has 400 million, and both “NewJeans” and “ETA” have 300 million. “Cookie”, “Hurt”, and “Cool With You” each have 200 million streams, while “ASAP”, “Get Up”, “How Sweet”, and “Supernatural” have 100 million each.

“Ditto” is a song that highlights cozy melodies and NewJeans’ warm vocals. Upon its release, NewJeans entered the U.S. Billboard Main Song Chart ‘Hot 100’ and the UK Official Singles ‘Top 100′ within six months of debut. The song also set records domestically, achieving ’99 consecutive days at No. 1’ on Melon’s daily chart and topping the comprehensive annual chart in 2023.

The American music magazine Paste selected “Ditto” as one of the ‘Best Songs of the 2020s’, praising it as “a representative work showing NewJeans’ position in the genre they are pioneering and their explosive stardom”. Nearly two years after its release, “Ditto” remains fixed in the top ranks of major domestic music charts. It ranked as the 5th most-streamed K-pop artist in Spotify’s 2024 year-end summary.

Meanwhile, NewJeans will perform at the ‘2024 Music Bank Global Festival in Japan’ on the 14th and appear on Japan’s TBS ‘CDTV Live! Live! Christmas Special’ on the 16th.
