NCT Wish is making its presence known in Japan. NCT Wish released their first full-length Japanese album 'WISHFUL' on the 25th. With this album, they ranked number one on the Oricon Daily Album Ranking (as of the 26th).
They topped the chart for two consecutive days. NCT Wish also ranked number one on the chart on the day of 'WISHFUL's release, proving their influence in the Japanese music charts. 'WISHFUL' consists of a total of 13 tracks, with the title track being 'Wishful Winter'. This album encapsulates NCT Wish's enriched musical color.
The title track is a pop ballad. It is characterized by arpeggio piano sounds, harmonies, and piano and string sounds reminiscent of bell chimes. It's a song with a winter sensibility. NCT Wish will also appear on Japan's year-end special broadcasts. They are set to appear on Fuji TV's 'K-Pop Style' on the 29th and TBS's 'CDTV Live! Live! New Year Special! 2024→2025' on the 31st.
