'NCT Wish' member Riku is returning to activities after recovering his health. SM Entertainment announced on the 3rd on the fan platform Weverse, "Riku's condition has greatly improved," and "He will resume activities based on his determination and the medical staff's opinions."
Riku temporarily halted activities in October last year due to health reasons. He took a break for over three months and has now recovered.
The scheduled activities in February will be conducted by Shion, Yuushi, Jaehui, Ryo, and Sakuya. Riku will join from the following month, participating in the Asia tour 'LOG in' and the album activities in the first half of the year.
A representative stated, "We are grateful to the fans who have always sent warm support and encouragement to Riku," and added, "We will do our best to ensure Riku can carry out activities healthily."
Meanwhile, NCT Wish has been nominated for the 'Best New Artist' (K-pop) category at the '2025 iHeartRadio Music Awards' in the United States. The awards ceremony will be held on the 17th of next month in Los Angeles.
