'Na Sang-hyun Band' vocalist Na Sang-hyun has announced legal action regarding malicious rumors.

Re뉴어리 stated on the 25th, "We have filed a complaint related to violations of the Information and Communication Network Act (defamation), obstruction of business, insults, and the spread of false information against Na Sang-hyun Band."

The agency mentioned, "We are currently identifying the individuals responsible for the malicious dissemination of false information and insulting expressions," adding, "We have been collecting such expressions through monitoring."

Earlier, a post alleging that a member named Na Sang-hyun had committed sexual assault was shared. The author wrote, "(Na Sang-hyun) pretended to be drunk and sat next to me, touching my thigh."

They continued, "If a woman was intoxicated, he left his hand there, surprisedly saying it was 'a mistake',” but also stated, "Since this took place in a private setting, there is no evidence. I am summarizing what happened to me."

Na Sang-hyun posted an apology on Twitter at that time. He said, "I caused harm to the author due to my past actions after drinking," and expressed, "Although it's late, I want to apologize now."

However, the agency stated in June, "After closely reviewing the situation with the artist, we concluded that the actions mentioned in the post are not true." They emphasized that it is not sexual assault and that "the specific situations of the members are falsehoods that do not exist. Therefore, there is no victim."

Na Sang-hyun also mentioned, "I had fears and anxieties about the situation escalating," adding, "I thought it was the right course of action to show an attitude of apology first before confirming the facts."

Meanwhile, Na Sang-hyun serves as the vocalist and guitarist for Na Sang-hyun Band and is responsible for songwriting and composing within the band. He gained attention as a singer-songwriter from Seoul National University.
