BTS members RM and V have shared updates as their military discharge approaches. On the 3rd, RM posted a lengthy message on the fan platform Weverse, mentioning, "Hwacheon had 17cm of snow, while Jeonbuk is over 20 degrees Celsius. Truly, a remarkable Korea."

With around three months left until the end of his active military service, RM said, "I've finally started crossing off the days like Robin Hood. I'm marking X's on the calendar," celebrating his upcoming discharge.

He continued, "About three months remain, which is 18% of my service time. It feels like time isn't moving because there are still four stripes left. I will return with both love and my heart in order," promising to reunite with ARMY in the future.

RM expressed his longing for the fans, saying, "I love you today, too. This is my decision and promise. I miss you. I hope early summer and the swarm of grasshoppers arrive quickly."

V also shared his experiences while serving. He described his daily routine in brief sentences: "It snowed. I cleared the snow. I had a snowball fight. I'm good at it," he reported.

He mentioned his promotion to sergeant second class and shared that he received the title of an elite soldier. V also added, "I've been working out diligently. I once had a rib injury. Now, I'm on a diet."

Maintaining a healthy lifestyle, he confessed, "There's no insomnia here. As soon as I lie down, I pass out," though he admitted, "But getting up in the morning still doesn't feel natural."

V expressed his affection for ARMY and the members, "I miss ARMY a lot, so I watch concert videos often. I watched J-Hope’s 'I Live Alone.' It's such hope."

He also showed his eagerness for the stage, "I want to dance. I want to sing," and humorously shared, "A junior asked me to watch the 'Black Swan' choreography, but I didn't know it. I've forgotten."

Meanwhile, RM and V enlisted on November 11, 2023. Their discharge date is set for June 10.
