Mr. A, who has a son in 6th grade, stated, "Last month, my son was bullied by two middle school students while playing alone at the PC café."

The released video shows middle school students threatening Mr. A's son with a lit lighter. They harassed the elementary student by saying, "Get out of the seat."

The female middle school student was even seen spitting on the victim's head.

Ultimately, the middle school students succeeded in forcibly taking the elementary student’s seat.

After learning about the incident from his son a few days later, Mr. A became furious and took proactive measures. He revealed, "The perpetrators extorted money from my son last December, and we had already warned them once."

Following this incident, Mr. A received an apology from the parents of the male perpetrator, but reports that he could not reach the parents of the female perpetrator.

Mr. A stated, "In my frustration, I told the female student that I would report the incident to the media, and only then did I hear from the female student’s parents."

He continued, "The mother of the female student said, 'My child gets into too much trouble, and I've given up, so go ahead and report her to the police so she can be punished.'"

Currently, Mr. A has officially reported the incident to the police and the School Violence Committee.

He added, "Seeing the behavior of juvenile offenders who commit crimes without feeling any guilt just because they are underage made me think that this shouldn't be the case in our society, which is why I am coming forward."
