The new SBS-TV drama 'Mantis' (written by Lee Young-jong, directed by Byun Young-joo) has completed filming and is scheduled to air this year.

On the 28th, the team of 'Mantis' announced the wrap-up of filming. The drama had been shooting since last year and is now entering post-production with a broadcast target for this year.

At the final filming location, Go Hyun-jung gifted all the staff with winter clothing. It is reported that she personally chose the gifts as a token of appreciation for the team she worked alongside for months.

A source from the set stated, "Go Hyun-jung expressed her gratitude by giving fleece jackets to the staff. Her thoughtful gifts brought a warm and pleasant atmosphere to the final day of filming."

'Mantis' is a crime thriller drama about a female serial killer, 'Mantis,' who brutally murdered five men 20 years ago. Her police officer son collaborates with her to catch the culprit of a copycat crime.

Go Hyun-jung plays Jung Yi-shin, and Jang Dong-yoon plays Cha Su-yeol, creating a mother-son dynamic. Go Hyun-jung's bold transformation into a serial killer is highly anticipated for its fresh take on the crime thriller genre.

The team of 'Mantis' stated, "Not only Go Hyun-jung and Jang Dong-yoon, but all the actors, director Byun Young-joo, and the entire staff worked passionately and gave their best effort in filming. We hope you look forward to this high-quality production."
