She leads a scam in the drama ‘Lady Ok’s Tale.’ On the 7th, JTBC released the third teaser video for the new weekend drama ‘Lady Ok’s Tale’ (written by Park Ji-sook, directed by Jin Hyuk). It humorously portrays the struggles of Koo Deok-yi (played by Lim Ji-yeon) and the cooperation of her accomplices.

Koo Deok-yi’s struggles were depicted. She is a slave who adopts the life of a noblewoman to survive. The opening was unusual. She was seen tying her hair in a topknot and disguising as a man in the expansive mountains. A day in the life of the fake Ok Tae-young (played by Lim Ji-yeon) unfolded.

She is called by various titles by many people. Then she shut the mouth of Cheon Seung-hwi (played by Choo Young-woo), who called her Koo Deok. Ok Tae-young demonstrated a strong will to live. She skillfully swept the yard and cooked pancakes, unlike a noblewoman from a noble family, astonishing the slave Dokki (played by Oh Dae-hwan).

The accomplices appeared comical. Man-seok (played by Lee Jae-won), Cheon Seung-hwi’s servant, mistakenly refers to the “mistress’ slave days,” and cook Maksim (played by Kim Jae-hwa) tries to cover it up with a sudden laugh. The ending was spectacular. Against the backdrop of Maksim’s line, “If caught, we’re all dead,” Ok Tae-young ran from numerous assassins.

It hinted at her unpredictable diary of escaping her identity. ‘Lady Ok’s Tale’ is a survival scam drama.
