Actors Lee Sun-bin and Kang Tae-oh offer a healing romance.

tvN's new weekend drama 'Potato Research Institute' (written by Kim Ho-soo, directed by Kang Il-soo and Shim Jae-hyun) released a group poster on the 4th, featuring the staff of the Potato Research Institute.

Curiosity about the mountain valley Potato Research Institute has been piqued. Led by 'Potato Lover' Kim Mi-kyung (played by Lee Sun-bin), the research institute family is geared up with work pants and farm gloves.

In contrast, So Baek-ho (played by Kang Tae-oh) exudes a completely different vibe. Unlike the other staff members, who resemble farmers, he is impeccably neat.

'Potato Research Institute' is a comic romance drama. The story unfolds as Baek-ho, a cold-hearted principled man, appears before Mi-kyung, to whom potatoes mean everything.

Lee Sun-bin takes on the role of the main character, Mi-kyung, a potato researcher who falls in love with potatoes. Kang Tae-oh plays Baek-ho, the director of organizational innovation at Wonhan Retail.

Additionally, Yoo Seung-mok, Kwak Ja-hyung, Woo Jung-won, Yoon Jeong-seop, Nam Hyun-woo, and Kim Ji-a are also cast, contributing to the excitement as members leading the Potato Research Institute.

The production team expressed their anticipation, saying, "Characters who laugh and cry over potatoes" and promised "heartfelt empathy and crisp laughter like warm potatoes."

Meanwhile, 'Potato Research Institute' will premiere on the 1st of next month at 9:20 PM.
