Broadcaster Lee Soo-geun has lost his father.

Big Planet Made Entertainment announced on the 5th, "Lee Soo-geun's father passed away today due to illness, at the age of 81."

A memorial will be set up at the Asan Medical Center funeral hall in Seoul. The funeral will be held quietly with family and close friends.

A spokesperson stated, "We ask for warm condolences and consideration so that Lee Soo-geun and his family can grieve for the deceased fully," and added, "We offer our sincere condolences."

Meanwhile, Lee Soo-geun is currently appearing on the JTBC current affairs program 'Hanbully' (Han Moon-cheol's Black Box Review), which airs every Wednesday.
