Actors Lee Se-young and Na In-woo displayed contrasting expressions. On the 3rd, the production team of MBC-TV's new Friday-Saturday drama 'Motel California' (written by Lee Seo-yoon, directed by Kim Hyung-min and Lee Jae-jin) released stills of a character running away. Someone has left home.
In the quiet early morning, a scene at Hana-eup's intercity bus stop is captured. Ji Kang-hee (played by Lee Se-young) and Cheon Yeon-soo (played by Na In-woo) are together. A large bag is placed on one side.
There was an unusual tension between them. Kang-hee constantly observed Yeon-soo’s mood. In contrast, Yeon-soo didn't even glance at Kang-hee until she left.
It made one curious about the narrative of their first love. It piqued interest in why Kang-hee left Hana-eup alone and whether Yeon-soo did not follow her.
'Motel California' is a first love remodeling romance. It tells the story of a woman who was born and raised in a countryside motel, returning to her hometown 12 years later to meet her first love again.
Lee Se-young takes on the role of Kang-hee, leading a challenging life with the motel as her home. Na In-woo plays Cheon Yeon-soo, whose daily life changes after reuniting with Kang-hee.
Meanwhile, 'Motel California' premieres on the 10th.
