Lee Nak-yon, the head of the New Future Democratic Party, evaluated the Supreme Court's remanding decision on Lee Jae-myung, the presidential candidate of the Democratic Party, regarding violations of the Public Official Election Act, stating, "It is a ruling that confirms that common sense is alive."
On the 1st, he expressed through social media, “I thank the justices of the Supreme Court for giving good news to the citizens who have frequently experienced the disappearance of common sense.”

He added, "The expectation of a remand from early on was due to the people's thirst for common sense and my anticipation of the Supreme Court."

He pointed out that "there are many places where the restoration of common sense is needed," stating, "The trust of the people in the judiciary has not yet been sufficiently restored."
He called for the judiciary to exert effort, particularly emphasizing the need for a swift ruling from the high court that received the remand.
