Actor Lee Min-ho captivates global viewers with his more profound acting in ‘Pachinko’ Season 2, which heralds his powerful comeback.
Apple TV+ recently unveiled the teaser for ‘Pachinko’ Season 2 on its official SNS. It tells the story of four generations of a Korean immigrant family who left their homeland for survival and prosperity.
The video showcases a street in Osaka in 1945, where Sunja (played by Kim Min-ha) and Hansu (played by Lee Min-ho) meet again. Their reunion in Japan after 14 years heightens viewers’ expectations.
Previously, Lee Min-ho portrayed the protagonist ‘Hansu’ in ‘Pachinko’ Season 1, perfectly embodying the character from a sincere and pure young man to a cold and calculating businessman.
In Season 2, he fully immerses himself in the character once again, depicting the mature aspect of ‘Hansu’ with even deeper emotional acting. His acting chemistry with Kim Min-ha is also highly anticipated.
‘Pachinko’ is a story that starts with forbidden love, spanning across Korea, Japan, and the United States, and depicts a chronicle of war and peace, love and parting, victory and judgment.
Meanwhile, ‘Pachinko’ Season 2 consists of a total of 8 episodes. The first episode will be released on the 23rd of next month. Following this, one episode will be released every week until October 11.
