Actor Lee Min-ho is heading to space. He will showcase a character never seen before. Lee Min-ho will appear in the new tvN weekend drama ‘Ask the Stars’ (written by Seo Sook-hyang, directed by Park Shin-woo). He will play Gongryong, an obstetrician and space tourist. He reveals a unique and strong charm.
Gongryong is a character who stays at a space station for a few days as a tourist. He ventures into space with a secret mission. There is growing anticipation for Lee Min-ho’s acting transformation.
He is a beloved star in Asia and left a strong impression with his role as Ko Hansu in Apple’s ‘Pachinko.’ In SBS-TV’s ‘City Hunter,’ he portrayed Lee Yoon-sung, an MIT graduate and a National Communications Network Team agent at the Blue House. He depicted a chic yet wild city man.
This time, he takes on the role of a space tourist and obstetrician. He also has the background of a prospective son-in-law of a chaebol family. He plans to enhance immersion with detailed acting.
Meanwhile, ‘Ask the Stars’ is a space office drama. It depicts the life outside Earth of a boss working at a space station and an unwanted guest. It is set to premiere on January 4th next year.
