Singer Lee Chan-won has been selected as an MC for the KBS Lunar New Year special. TNN Entertainment announced on the 7th that “Lee Chan-won will be the sole host for KBS-2TV’s ‘Trot Extravaganza THE COLOR,’ which will be aired on the 29th.”

‘Trot Extravaganza’ is a Lunar New Year special program KBS has ambitiously prepared. Top trot artists from Korea will gather to celebrate the nation’s major holiday. Lee Chan-won will lead this Lunar New Year special, bringing joy to viewers.

He will showcase his hosting skills, honed through programs like ‘Immortal Songs’ and ‘Newly Launched Restaurant.’

Meanwhile, ‘Trot Extravaganza THE COLOR’ will be recorded on the 23rd at 7 PM at KBS Hall in Yeouido, Seoul. The main broadcast is on the 29th at 7 PM.
