“Lee Byung-hun’s Reemployment, Will It Be Successful?”… ‘Can’t Help It’, Released on September 24

Director Park Chan-wook leads the autumn box office with his new film.

Distributor CJ ENM announced on the 22nd that the movie "I Can't Help It" (directed by Park Chan-wook) is confirmed to be released in theaters on the 24th of next month.

The main trailer has also been unveiled. Mansoo (played by Lee Byung-hun) appeared at the interview venue for re-employment, showing a nervous demeanor during the interview.

An unexpected situation unfolded when the two candidates who interviewed with him went missing. Despite the tension, Mansoo joked with the detectives.

His wife, Miri (played by Son Ye-jin), dealt with her husband's sudden dismissal calmly. She even gave up her hobby of playing tennis to maintain their livelihood.

The tagline also caught attention: "Four people, one position." Cameos of Beommo (played by Lee Sung-min), Sijo (played by Cha Seung-won), and Seonchoo (played by Park Hee-soon) followed in succession.

It hinted at the fierce struggles faced by the characters, notably the intense physical confrontations between competitors Mansoo and Beommo, along with the couple Ara (played by Yom Hye-ran).

"I Can't Help It" is a crime thriller. It's the story of a man who, after being abruptly fired, plunges into a re-employment battle to protect his family and home.

The Korea Media Rating Board classified "I Can't Help It" as suitable for viewers aged 15 and over on the 20th. This broadens its audience and increases the possibility of box office success.

Meanwhile, "I Can't Help It" will be released on the 24th of next month.
