LE SSERAFIM to Take Legal Action Against Authors of Malicious Posts Involving Personal Attacks and Harassment

LE SSERAFIM’s agency, Source Music, indicated on the 22nd via the fan community ‘Weverse’ that they are taking legal action against individuals responsible for creating malicious postings that include insults, sexual harassment, spreading false information, defamation, and slander towards LE SSERAFIM.

The agency expressed concern over the increasing malicious postings targeting the individual members with malevolent personal attacks and overly malicious content, stating, “We are intensifying our monitoring and evidence collection.”

The official warned, “All these acts are subject to prosecution,” highlighting that even posts that are deleted after being published to avoid leaving evidence are being collected through real-time monitoring.

Particularly, the agency mentioned the damage to minor members, stating, “The personal rights of the artists are being seriously violated,” and affirmed, “We are responding sternly to malicious postings across all channels.”

The agency also mentioned utilizing fans’ reports actively, expressing gratitude for the fans’ love and dedication towards LE SSERAFIM. “We will continue to work hard to protect the rights of our artists,” they stated.

Meanwhile, LE SSERAFIM is set to perform at the ‘Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival’ in the United States on the 13th and 20th of next month, marking a quick leap to a solo performance at the festival since their debut.
