LE SSERAFIM swept through Japan, topping major charts.
According to the latest Oricon chart (dated March 4), LE SSERAFIM reached No. 1 in the weekly combined album ranking with their third mini-album “EASY,” surpassing 114,966 points.
They achieved a career high, marking an elevenfold increase compared to their debut album “FEARLESS.” They set a new personal record, including physical and digital album sales, as well as streaming.
This is their fourth time reaching No. 1. LE SSERAFIM has placed all four of their Korean albums at the top of the Oricon weekly combined ranking, making them the second highest among all female artists in history.
They also maintained the No. 1 spot in the weekly album ranking. “EASY” sold 107,004 copies at Oricon sales outlets alone, surpassing artists like TREASURE (with 69,488 copies) and SUPER BEAVER (with 32,849 copies).
The title track of the same name is also gaining immense popularity. “EASY” secured the third spot on Japan’s largest music streaming platform, Line Music’s ‘Weekly Song Top 100,’ and ninth place on Japan’s YouTube Music.
Meanwhile, LE SSERAFIM won the first place trophy on MBC M’s “Show! Champion” on the 28th with “EASY.”
