Singer Kwon Jin-ah is leaving Antenna, where she has been for the past 10 years.
Antenna released an official statement on the 5th regarding the expiration of Kwon Jin-ah's exclusive contract. "After thorough discussions, both parties have agreed to part ways," they said.
A representative stated, "It was an honor to be part of Kwon Jin-ah’s shining moments that moved many hearts with her beautiful music. We are grateful to Kwon Jin-ah for the journey we shared over the past 10 years."

Antenna gave their blessings for Kwon Jin-ah’s future path. "We genuinely support her in continuing to create brilliant stories with her good music," they added.
On the same day, Kwon Jin-ah personally announced the news of her departure from the agency on her social media. "I am leaving Antenna, my home for the past 10 years, to make a fresh start," she began.
She reflected on her 10 years with Antenna, saying, "When I was 18 and knew nothing, I came to Seoul with just a guitar, and day by day, 10 years have passed."
She continued, "It's very sad and regretful to part ways with those I've grown attached to. But I’m cheerfully greeting this new journey. I will stand before you with even greater appearances."
Lastly, she had a message for her fans. Kwon Jin-ah said, "I am diligently preparing for my performances and next album, so please look forward to them. Once again, I thank my Antenna family."
Kwon Jin-ah first gained public attention when she appeared on the SBS audition program 'K-pop Star 3' in 2013. The following year, in 2014, she signed with Antenna, where You Hee-yeol was the chief, and continued her journey with them for 10 years.
She has been active as a female ballad singer. In 2016, she released her first full-length album, 'Funny Night.' Since then, she has released hit songs like 'Good Luck,' 'Something's Wrong,' 'Goodbye,' and 'Only Those Who Were Sincere Become Fools.'
