Thai Port Sees 'Sudden Action' from Korean Tourist
A Korean tourist's dangerous behavior at a port in Thailand has sparked controversy as it has been reported by local media and spread across social media.
On the 8th (local time), according to the Bangkok Post, a Korean tourist fell into the Chao Phraya River near Terminal 21 shopping mall on Rama III road in Bangkok earlier this month.
Footage taken at the scene shows a man jumping hastily from a passenger ship that was arriving, only to fall into the water.

This dangerous act caused significant confusion among those around him. Shocked local staff members risked their safety by physically blocking the approaching vessel in an effort to rescue the man.
Fortunately, after about six employees worked together, the man was safely rescued from the water, and he reportedly did not suffer any serious injuries.

The video quickly spread through domestic online communities and social media platforms. Online users expressed strong criticism, saying things like, "Why do this? It’s a waste of curses," "Is he crazy enough to want to die?" "Is this because he couldn’t wait?" "This is truly embarrassing," and "How many people suffer because of one person’s madness?"
In light of this incident, local authorities in Thailand urged all passengers to disembark only after the ferry has completely docked, emphasizing the importance of safety regulations.
