"The Unofficial Martial Arts Instructor" is an action movie. The protagonist is Lee Jung-do (played by Kim Woo-bin), a martial arts expert with 9th dan in Taekwondo, Kendo, and Judo combined. He begins working as a martial arts practitioner under the suggestion of probation officer Kim Sun-min (played by Kim Sung-kyun).
The practitioners work for an institution that closely monitors individuals wearing electronic anklets 24/7 to prevent crime. Kim Woo-bin demonstrates real striking action skills by taking down criminals in one blow.
