Former Representative Huh Kyung-young of the National Revolutionary Party Indicted on Charges of Sexual Assault and Fraud

Huh Kyung-young, the honorary representative of the National Revolutionary Party, has been indicted while in custody on multiple charges, including sexual assault and fraud.

On the 11th, the Uijeongbu District Prosecutors' Office officially announced that they have indicted Huh on charges of fraud, violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Specific Economic Crimes (embezzlement), violation of the Political Funds Act, and quasi-coerced sexual assault.

The prosecution stated, "We will do our best to maintain the prosecution so that a sentence corresponding to the crime can be imposed on the defendant." This reflects the prosecution's commitment to responding seriously to Huh's charges.

Huh is accused of committing sexual offenses against female believers at his religious facility 'Hanulgung' and selling spiritual products at prices significantly higher than their actual cost.

In addition, he faces allegations of diverting corporate funds for personal use, including using them as political funds, making legal accountability inevitable.

Huh's Side Denies All Allegations, Claims Lawsuit is for Monetary Gain

In response, Huh's side claims, "The complainants have filed the lawsuit to gain monetary benefits," and they are reportedly denying all allegations.
