Actress Kim Hyun-joo is making a comeback to the big screen. The production company 'Cinematic Moments' announced on the 7th that "Kim Hyun-joo has been cast in the movie 'Little Life' (director Kim Yong-chun), and filming will officially begin on the 13th."

'Little Life' is a human drama genre. It tells the story of a girl who learns the secret surrounding her parents' death and her aunt, who takes in the niece out of guilt.

Kim Hyun-joo plays the role of the aunt, Jae-young. Jae-young is a character with a secret that others do not know. Despite her guilt, she finds herself caring for her niece left alone.

This marks his return to films after approximately three years. He made an appearance in the Netflix movie 'Jung-i' in 2023, playing a character who is a former soldier and a test subject.

His delicate and intense acting is highly anticipated. He has previously demonstrated a strong presence in dramas such as the 'Hellbound' series, 'Undercover,' and 'Someone to Watch Over Me,' as well as in the movie 'Kara.'

The chemistry with the child actor is also a point to watch. Park Soo-ah portrays the struggling niece Eun-ha, while Kang Hye-won appears as Eun-ha's friend Bora.

Director Kim Yong-chun is at the helm, expressing his desire to create a film that believes in the strength of children who move forward despite the harsh realities.

Meanwhile, the release date for 'Little Life' is still undecided.
