JTBC’s new Saturday-Sunday drama 'A Hundred Memories' (written by Yang Hee Seung and Kim Bo Ram, directed by Kim Sang Ho) unveiled its poster on the 28th, conveying the emotions of first love shared by Kim Dami, Shin Ye Eun, and Heo Nam Jun.

'A Hundred Memories' portrays the brilliant friendship of bus guide Yeong Rye (played by Kim Dami) and Jong Hee (played by Shin Ye Eun) in the 1980s, intertwined with their bittersweet first love for the fateful man Jae Pil (played by Heo Nam Jun).

The poster is completed with an image reminiscent of an old film photo, capturing a time that can never be revisited, making the longing for those days even more intense.

The emotional connections and tangled feelings between the three characters serve as an important highlight. Yeong Rye and Jong Hee foreshadow a coming-of-age story filled with friendship, unreciprocated love, and a passionate first love towards their destined man.

The three actors defined the relationships between their characters. Kim Dami explained, “For Yeong Rye, Jong Hee and Jae Pil are not just simple friends or first loves. They are soulmates, deeply connected at a soul level.”

Shin Ye Eun shared, “To Jong Hee, Yeong Rye is the only person in the world she can trust and is everything to her. Jae Pil is a character whose mere existence causes her heart to flutter.”

Heo Nam Jun added, “Yeong Rye is the person who makes Jae Pil shine the brightest. Jong Hee was a special presence that first approached me as a love interest during childhood,” hinting at the intricate relationship between the two friends.

The production team stated, “Even as times change, friendship and first love remain key themes representing youth,” and asked viewers to look forward to the emotional narrative of the characters, invoking the bittersweet memories of the 1980s.

Meanwhile, 'A Hundred Memories' will follow 'Esquire: Lawyers Who Dream of Becoming Lawyers.' The first broadcast is scheduled for next month, on the 14th at 10:40 PM.
