Actors Kang Ha-neul and Go Min-si are aiming to please everyone's taste buds. The production team of the Genie TV original drama 'Your Taste' (written by Jeong Soo-yoon, directed by Park Dan-hee) announced that the broadcasting will begin in the first half of this year.
They also released still photos capturing Han Beom-woo (played by Kang Ha-neul) and Mo Yeon-joo (played by Go Min-si). They are seen in the yard of a traditional house, equipped with aprons and rubber gloves.
The characters displayed contrasting expressions. Beom-woo seemed exhausted from the heat emanating from cooking, while Mo Yeon-joo was silently concentrating on something.
'Your Taste' is a kitchen talk romance. It tells the story of a reclusive heir to a food conglomerate, turned recipe hunter, and a chef of a one-table restaurant in Jeonju, growing together.
Kang Ha-neul plays the role of Han Beom-woo. Beom-woo is a candidate to inherit a food company. He manages a renowned fine-dining restaurant while striving to win the management rights competition.
Go Min-si is cast as Mo Yeon-joo, the owner-chef of the restaurant who gets entangled with Beom-woo. Though she struggles due to her stubborn culinary philosophy, she seeks opportunities to leap forward after meeting Beom-woo.
Additionally, Kim Shin-rok plays Jin Myung-sook, an ace with 15 years of experience at a popular gukbap restaurant, and Yoo Soo-bin takes on the role of Shin Chun-seung, an immature regional figure. They form various relationships.
The production team expressed confidence, saying, "'Your Taste' is worth watching for the solid acting and chemistry between the actors," and promised to deliver a sweet and chewy experience.
Meanwhile, you can watch 'Your Taste' on Genie TV, Genie TV Mobile, and ENA in the first half of this year.
