JYP Entertainment's global girl group 'VCHA' has announced a rebranding. They have revealed a fresh start under the name 'GIRLSET'.

On the 7th, JYP released a new film and logo design for 'GIRLSET'. Members Lexi, Camila, Kendall, and Savannah will now target the global market under the team name 'GIRLSET'.

The group has returned after a hiatus of about one year and five months. The new film showcased a joyful and relaxed vibe, expressing a range of emotions including tears and hurt feelings.

At the end of the video, the phrase "We're setting who we are" was highlighted, emphasizing their identity. JYP explained that the group name 'GIRLSET' signifies defining an unlimited future and meaning without constraints.

Meanwhile, VCHA is a girl group born from a collaborative project between JYP and Universal Music's 'Republic Records' in the United States. They made their pre-debut in September 2023 as a six-member group.

However, two members departed. Kaylee stopped her activities due to health issues in March of last year, and KG left the team in December, initiating a contract termination lawsuit against JYP.

VCHA's last activity was in March of last year, during which they promoted their second single 'Only One'.
