Jungkook of 'BTS' released his first solo documentary film on the 18th. It premiered in 120 countries, including South Korea, under the title 'JUNG KOOK: I AM STILL'.
'JUNG KOOK: I AM STILL' captures Jungkook's journey as a solo artist. It chronicles his eight-month journey from his first solo single 'Seven' to his first solo album 'GOLDEN'.
The documentary unveils candid and honest stories. Jungkook shares his thoughts and feelings as he embarks on his solo career. Even after reaching the top with BTS, he still has many ambitions.
The film also includes interviews with the production team behind 'GOLDEN'. Choreographer Brian Puspos praised Jungkook's talent, saying, "The world's best dancers had to strive to keep up with him."
He added, "Above all, Jungkook is hardworking. This effort is the key that has made him a great artist, a professional, and an amazing friend."
Producer Andrew Watt also praised him, stating, "Stars really give their all. Jungkook does the same. What more could you ask from an artist as a producer?"
Producer Pdogg, who has watched Jungkook since before his debut, added, "He is a genius at his core. He grasps songs faster than anyone and incorporates his own style, epitomizing 'pop'."
The documentary also includes behind-the-scenes footage of his solo activities that had not been revealed before. Through this special content, viewers can appreciate the true essence of artist Jungkook.
Meanwhile, Jungkook's 'Seven' topped the U.S. Billboard 'Hot 100', 'Global 200', and 'Global 200 (Excl. U.S.)' charts. He is the first K-pop solo artist to dominate all three charts.
