Actor Jung Il-woo and Jung In-sun showcased their refreshing chemistry.

The production team of KBS-2TV's new weekend drama 'Splendid Days' (written by Seo Hyun-kyung, directed by Kim Hyung-seok) released a teaser poster on the 1st. 'Splendid Days' is a family melodrama that resonates with all generations, delivering the message that "everyone has splendid days."

Jung Il-woo takes on the role of 'Lee Ji-hyuk,' who is perfect in every aspect. Jung In-sun plays the character 'Ji Eun-o,' who is passionate and straightforward in love despite facing difficult circumstances.

The teaser poster captures the shining appearance of the two. They are seen gazing at each other with bright smiles. Under the warm sunlight, they naturally come close, exuding excitement.

However, it appears there might be obstacles between them. A wall was placed between Jung Il-woo and Jung In-sun, hinting at the ambiguous nature of their relationship.

The production team of 'Splendid Days' explained, "Ji-hyuk and Eun-o are a university senior-junior pair who meet through a volunteering club." They added, "We wanted to express how they appear more splendid and radiant when they are together."

They continued, "Please pay attention to their warm gazes and the naturally touching tips of their fingers," stating that this symbolizes a relationship that goes beyond simple love to provide comfort in life. "We hope viewers will watch how they evolve through their experiences together," they emphasized.

Meanwhile, 'Splendid Days' is scheduled to air as a follow-up to 'Eagle Five Brothers!' and will premiere on August 9 at 8 PM.
