
Actor Jung Ho-yeon has made a strong impression in Hollywood. Jung Ho-yeon is currently appearing in the Apple TV+ series “Disclaimer.” Despite this being her first English-language role, she has captivated global audiences with her stable vocal performance and acting skills.
“Disclaimer” is a psychological thriller about a journalist named Catherine, who has built her reputation on exposing the wrongdoings of others, receiving a novel from an unknown author. Jung Ho-yeon plays the role of ‘Ji-Soo,’ an assistant to Catherine (played by Cate Blanchett), a character who admires Catherine and portrays a brilliant mind with a strong ambition for her work.

In particular, a scene where she listens to Steven (played by Kevin Kline) has garnered attention. Her detailed facial expressions conveyed Ji-Soo’s psychological changes, enhancing the viewers’ engagement.
Through “Disclaimer,” Jung Ho-yeon has taken her first steps into Hollywood, working alongside world-renowned director Alfonso Cuarón and actors Cate Blanchett and Kevin Kline.
She also attended the premieres at the 81st Venice International Film Festival in August and the 68th BFI London Film Festival in October, receiving standing ovations from the audience.
Meanwhile, “Disclaimer” consists of a total of seven episodes. A new episode will be released on the 8th.
