On the 14th, the 'Veteran 2' team released a character still of Park Sun-woo (played by Jung Hae-in). Sun-woo, in his police uniform, is seen staring off somewhere. The energy of a rookie detective is palpable.
The film signals a green light for box office success. His neat appearance only adds to his charm. He aims to captivate audiences once more, following his role as a police officer in the drama 'While You Were Sleeping.'
'Veteran 2' is an action crime investigation film. It returns after 9 years since its predecessor. The story follows detective Seo Do-chul (played by Hwang Jung-min) as he and a rookie detective pursue a serial killer.
It is one of the most anticipated films of the year. Even before its release, it received invites from numerous prestigious international film festivals. It has been officially invited to the Cannes Film Festival and the Toronto International Film Festival.
Meanwhile, 'Veteran 2' is set to be released on the 13th of next month.
