Actors Jisoo and Seo In-guk have been cast in the Netflix series 'Monthly Boyfriend.'

Jisoo transforms into 'Seo Mirae,' a webtoon PD dreaming of a second chance in life within virtual reality. She is a character whose romantic instincts awaken upon receiving a 'Monthly Boyfriend' device by chance, enjoying romances with unreal men in a virtual world.

Seo In-guk plays 'Park Kyungnam,' a rival webtoon PD to Seo Mirae. To Seo Mirae, he is an uncomfortable person but is recognized by all as a competent worker. He appears as a character with a secret twist.

'Monthly Boyfriend' is directed by Kim Jeong-sik, who previously worked on tvN's 'Drinking City Women' and 'Don't Want to Lose.' He has been praised for skillfully balancing romance and comedy, creating realistic romantic works.
