BTS’s Jin has entered the Billboard ‘Hot 100’. On the 26th (KST), Billboard officially announced the chart dated the 30th through their SNS. They revealed some of the main song chart ‘Hot 100’ artists.
According to the post, Jin’s solo debut song “Running Wild,” the title track of his first solo album ‘Happy’, ranked 53rd on the Billboard ‘Hot 100’. This marks the second time his solo song has appeared on the ‘Hot 100’. Jin previously claimed the 51st position with his first solo single “The Astronaut” in 2022. This success proves his triumphant solo comeback.
Jin stood out on the Billboard’s two main charts, with ‘Happy’ placing 4th on the ‘Billboard 200’. ‘Happy’ is an album inviting listeners to join the journey in search of happiness. Jin talks candidly about happiness, expressing his wish for everyone to be happy. “Running Wild” is a pop rock track based on British city rock. It encapsulates the warmth and brightness that love brings into an uplifting melody, with lyrics carrying the same message.
The song quickly climbed to 8th on Spotify’s ‘Daily Top Songs Global’ and 10th on the ‘Weekly Top Songs Global’. It also reached 25th on the UK ‘Official Singles Chart’. Additionally, Jin will release his new song “Until I Reach You” at 2 PM today.
