Singer Jeong Sewoon has been recognized for his musicality by prominent international media. His latest work was selected as one of the best K-pop albums.
On the 9th (KST), Billboard unveiled its 'The 20 Best K-Pop Albums of 2024: Critics' Picks’ on its website.
His 6th mini album 'Quiz' was introduced in 12th place. It also included an explanation of the track ‘Singer-songwridol’, which is a reference to Jeong Sewoon’s nickname.
The praises continued. Billboard stated, "Jeong Sewoon is a singer-songwriter and K-pop idol," adding that he "has pride in his artistry and musicality."
His English track 'Sharpie', in collaboration with the American band 'Nightly', was described as "the most unexpected moment" and was highly praised. The article also positively predicted his potential entry into the American market.
Jeong Sewoon released 'Quiz' this past January. It is an album that embarks on a new journey to discover his own existence, offering his unique answers to the world's many questions.
Meanwhile, Jeong Sewoon successfully concluded his solo concert 'DIY' on the 29th and 30th of last month.
