
Singer Jeong Dong-won is returning with a gift-like new album.
Jeong Dong-won will release his second studio album, 'Kidarri’s Gift', on various music platforms at 6 PM on the 13th. This comeback comes approximately three years after his previous work, 'Nostalgia, The Giving Tree'.
While the last album expressed gratitude and longing for his grandfather through music, this new release conveys his appreciation for his fans and includes a special message.
The album is inspired by the novel 'Daddy-Long-Legs'. Just as love is conveyed from unseen places, it signifies the warm comfort and support exchanged with his fans.
It consists of a total of 14 tracks. Including the double title songs 'Heung!' and 'Flower Lantern', a variety of genres are represented, showcasing a broad musical spectrum.
The second studio album features an incredible production team. Notable artists like Seol Woon-do, composer Yoon Myung-sun, Algo Boini Honeymoon state, and X-Child have contributed to enhancing the quality of the tracks.
'Heung!' is a song that blends trot with hip-hop and EDM dance elements. It expresses the desire to bring happiness to a weary partner. Rapper Kim Ha-on is featured in the track.
'Flower Lantern' presents a contrasting atmosphere to 'Heung!'. It is characterized by delicate vocals and a lyrical sensibility, expressing a pure heart toward first love through Jeong Dong-won’s vocals.
Additionally, the new album includes tracks like 'Glory Days', 'Show Up', 'Age to Confess Love', 'Again 1, 2, 3, 4', 'Four-Leaf Clover', and 'Someday, Far Away'.
Meanwhile, Jeong Dong-won is currently on his third nationwide tour concert.
