Singer Jeong Dong-won has emerged as a promising entertainer.
Jeong Dong-won is a regular cast member on the newly premiered ENA show "City Z Goes to the Countryside" which aired its first episode on the 9th. He works alongside Yang Se-chan, Lee Eun-ji, Lee Yi-kyung, Song Geon-hee, and Mi-yeon of (G)I-DLE.
He plays the role of the youngest member and forms natural chemistry with the cast with his uniquely bright demeanor. Their rural life has provided viewers with healing energy.
He also appeared on a horror variety show. Jeong Dong-won was a special guest on MBC-TV’s "Late Night Ghost Talk Season 4" that aired on the 8th. His outstanding acting skills added to the immersion.
He continues to be active even during the Chuseok holidays. Jeong Dong-won will host the "2024 Chuseok Special Idol Star Athletics Championships" (ISAC). He will participate in the event as JD1.
His agency said, "As Jeong Dong-won is emerging as a well-known entertainer, we expect to see him in various programs in the future."
Meanwhile, Jeong Dong-won is pursuing both careers as a trot singer and a K-pop idol. Recently, he expanded his activities to Japan under the name JD1.
