Singer JD1 (Jeong Dong-won) is set to officially debut in Japan.

Showplay Entertainment stated on the 21st, "JD1 will depart for Japan on the 23rd to begin full-scale activities there."

First, the single album 'Error 405' will be released as a Japanese version digital single. Various activities such as fan meetings, autograph sessions, and TV appearances are planned.

Additionally, the film 'New Normal' in which he stars, was released in Japan on the 16th. Jeong Dong-won is diversely active as both a singer and actor, and as his alternate persona JD1.

JD1 is an independent persona created by Jeong Dong-won to challenge various genres. He is making a fresh attempt as a solo idol.

He debuted last January with his first single 'Who Am I', gaining attention as a candidate for first place on music shows. He recently showcased his youthful charm with 'Error 405'.
