A gathering against the impeachment of former President Yoon was held… At the Love First Church, when the 'offering song' played, collection bags were circulated.
The Love First Church sparked controversy by collecting offerings at the gathering against the impeachment of former President Yoon Seok-yeol.
On the 5th, the Korea Restoration Movement Headquarters (Daegukbon) led by Pastor Jeon Gwang-hoon and the Free Unification Party held a 'Gwanghwamun National Assembly' near the Donghwa Duty-Free Shop to the area around the Daehan Gate.
They firmly stated that there should not be an early presidential election in response to the Constitutional Court's decision to impeach former President Yoon.

Lim Su-jin, a senior representative of the Free Unification Party, pledged, "We will not back down in the fight against anti-state and pro-North Korea forces," adding, "We will fight until the end for former President Yoon Seok-yeol and the rule of law in free Korea."
During the gathering, an 'offering song' encouraging donations was played. They began collecting offerings, claiming they had won through faith.
Pastor Jonathan said, "It’s offering time, and doesn't the rain stop now? Money gets wet. To cheer on Pastor Jeon Gwang-hoon, we really need to give more gratitude offerings today because we won through faith."

Followers of the Love First Church wore name tags that read 'Offering' and scattered throughout the area to collect offerings from participants.
One congregant explained to Segye Ilbo, "If church attendees listed in the registry are designated to collect offerings, they show up every Saturday for the gathering and Sunday worship. We just carry the bags and don’t know how much we collect; we simply hand it over to the people managing the money."
Additionally, some encouraged joining the Free Unification Party. Near exit 6 of Gwanghwamun Station, people wearing red vests labeled Million Song Volunteer Corps held guiding lights and urged passersby to fill out 'membership applications' for the Free Unification Party.
Meanwhile, the Daegukbon group plans to hold a 'Gwanghwamun National Sunday Union Worship' gathering at the same location today (6th).
