Actors Jeon Hye-jin and Lee Jung-jae exuded charisma. The movie 'Revolver' (directed by Oh Seung-wook) released character posters on the 13th. The intense images featured special and guest appearances by Jeon Hye-jin, Lee Jung-jae, and Jung Jae-young.
'Revolver' is a crime noir film about former police officer 'Soo-young' (played by Jeon Do-yeon), who, after being wrongfully imprisoned, heads straight toward her goal upon release.
Jeon Hye-jin takes on the role of 'Grace,' the powerful CEO of Promise Company and sister to Andy, who broke his promise to Soo-young.
The poster's tagline caught attention: "You're a troublemaker in everything you do," revealing her complicated feelings towards Andy, who always seems to bring trouble.
Lee Jung-jae transforms into 'Lim Seok-yong,' Soo-young's ex-lover and senior police officer. Despite framing Soo-young, he is a dual-natured character who genuinely cares for her. The poster adds a significant line: "I'll gift you the whiskey we were supposed to drink then," highlighting his anticipation for Soo-young's release, despite his mysterious disappearance.
Jung Jae-young plays Soo-young's senior, 'Min Ki-hyun,' who assists her in reclaiming what she lost. He fuels her plan with determination. The poster reads, "Are you just going to take this lying down?" He gives Soo-young a revolver, leading her to an irreversible resolve.
A representative stated, "The collaboration of renowned actors like Jeon Hye-jin, Lee Jung-jae, and Jung Jae-young has drawn attention. Their top-notch acting raises the immersion level to the peak." They added, "These actors both motivate and threaten Soo-young's journey. Watching them fully embody their characters is a treat."
