Former Korean history lecturer Jeon Han-gil, who joined the People's Power Party, declared, “I will create 'Right-wing K-daughters.'”
Jeon Han-gil, who has joined the People's Power Party, expressed that he has no intention of running in the party convention, stating, “As a regular party member, I will revive the broken People's Power Party.”
On the 21st, Jeon appeared on Channel A’s radio show “Political Signal” and said, “Because I have popularity coming from the asphalt (right-wing), there are doubts that I am trying to run for a National Assembly seat or party leader with the People's Power Party's nomination, but I am consistent,” adding, “I have no intention of doing so at all.”
He continued, “I will serve as the white-clad general Yi Sun-sin did,” emphasizing that as a regular party member, he would exercise his rights.

He then mentioned that there is a regular party member meeting tomorrow, which he will lead, stating, “The owners of the People’s Power Party are the members, not the National Assembly members. The current People’s Power lawmakers are not reflecting the political demands of the regular members.”
In particular, he declared, “If the left has K-daughters (the strong support base of President Lee Jae-myung), I am thinking of creating 'Right-wing K-daughters' on the right. I will create hundreds of thousands of them.”
He also stated, “I have a vision for regular members to lead and nominate from the bottom up.”
“No justification for expulsion… Han Dong-hoon should not be in the People's Power Party.”

However, he stated, “I will influence candidates who can meet the demands of myself and regular members,” and added, “First, I will ask candidates whether they will continue to sever ties with former President Yoon Seok-youl or go together.”
Furthermore, he indicated that he would “unconditionally support candidates who say they will go together,” and stressed, “If a pro-Han faction is elected, it will continue to divide the People’s Power Party, so (pro-Yoon candidates) I will support them only if they promise unification.”

Regarding former People's Power Party leader Han Dong-hoon, he remarked, “He is someone who shouldn’t be in the People’s Power Party,” claiming, “Looking back, Han Dong-hoon is the number one contributor to the birth of Lee Jae-myung’s government. If it weren’t for Han Dong-hoon, there wouldn’t have been an early presidential election.”
In conclusion, Jeon stated, “There’s no justification or method to expel me, and shouldn’t the ethics committee (disciplinary committee) be convened?” asserting, “If it were a communist party, they would use ideological censorship to join or expel members, but I joined through democratic procedures and have not committed a crime.”
Meanwhile, on the 8th of last month, Jeon applied for online membership under his real name, Jeon Yoo-gwan, and became a member the next day with the approval of the People's Power Party's Seoul City Chapter.
