Actor Jang Keun-suk will be hosting the survival program "Re:Born".

According to a broadcasting official, Jang Keun-suk recently confirmed his appearance in "Re:Born". He is expected to conduct his first recording soon. He plans to lead the program with his excellent hosting skills.

Jang Keun-suk shared his thoughts, "We are in an era overflowing with audition programs. Various competitive shows have been produced over the years," he began.

He continued, "As a producer in the first-generation audition programs, I have always thought that for some, this could be a moment or opportunity that means everything in their lives."

He emphasized, "I sincerely welcome the participants, and if I can help Korean singers debut in Japan, I will do my best."

He concluded, "For some, this is a moment that means everything in life. I will proceed from the standpoint of a senior supporting their dreams and passions rather than just for the enjoyment of the broadcast."

"Re:Born" is a survival program where 12 K-pop teams from small and medium-sized agencies, such as 'AMERS', 'DARK B', 'DIGNITY', and 'DIMON', compete for a debut in Japan.

Jang Keun-suk is known as the "Asia Prince" in Japan, maintaining his enduring popularity. He has successfully completed drama series, album releases, and tour concerts. He also proved his MC skills in audition programs as he hosted the first season of Mnet's 'Produce 101' in 2016, showing his flexible hosting abilities by taking care of the participants.

"Re:Born" is slated to premiere on the 27th of next month on Japan's music channel Space Shower TV and internet TV Abema.
