Jaemin from ‘NCT’ has taken a step forward for children around the world, making a donation worth hundreds of millions of won. On the 24th, UNICEF Korea Committee announced, “Jaemin donated 100 million won in the name of the official fan club ‘NCTzen DREAM’.”

This fund was created from the proceeds of Jaemin’s first solo photo exhibition. Jaemin held the ‘Narcissism-Jaemin First Exhibition’ in June. The fund will be used for children across the globe. The donation will be fully allocated to provide a warm winter for those enduring difficult times due to war and natural disasters.

Jaemin previously made meaningful contributions in 2018. He visited Hanoi and Kon Tum in Vietnam together with UNICEF Korea Committee. He provided help in the form of talent donation, participating in music education support projects for underprivileged children, and offered special memories such as attending classes.

Jaemin expressed, “I wanted to give back the love from the fans by doing something meaningful,” and urged that “every child may have a warm year-end.” Meanwhile, Jaemin will appear at the ‘SMTOWN LIVE’ concert to be held at the Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul from January 11-12 next year.
