
J-Hope of 'BTS' met with talk show host Jimmy Fallon.
On the 3rd, the team behind NBC’s ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon’ announced on their official social media that J-Hope would be appearing on the show, revealing, “J-Hope is making his solo debut.”
A teaser video was also released. In the video, Jimmy Fallon looked momentarily puzzled after hearing a greeting, "HOPE YOU HAVE A GOOD DAY." Surrounding him were the words J-HOPE everywhere. Newspapers, cups, and name tags all had J-Hope written on them. Even the photo in front of the studio was replaced with J-Hope’s image.
Soon, the sound of a phone vibrating was heard. J-Hope whispered, “Wake up, Jimmy,” and as the alarm displayed J-Hope’s appearance date, the teaser concluded. J-Hope is set to appear on ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon’ airing on the 11th, where he will perform a new song. He will present the digital single "Sweet Dreams."
This will be his first time visiting the show as a solo artist, though he has appeared numerous times with BTS. His bandmates Jimin, Suga, Jungkook, and Jin have also visited the program.
J-Hope is preparing for a North American tour. The tour, 'HOPE ON THE STAGE,' will open on the 13th and 14th in Brooklyn, USA. He will perform in six cities, with 12 shows total, creating special memories with fans in Chicago, Mexico City, San Antonio, Oakland, Los Angeles, and more.
Meanwhile, J-Hope will release "Sweet Dreams" on the 7th at 2 PM. The song is a serenade reflecting his genuine desire to love and be loved.
