‘BTS’ J-Hope conveys his message through a documentary series.

On the 7th, Big Hit Music released the main poster for J-Hope’s documentary series ‘HOPE ON THE STREET’ on their official SNS.

The series captures J-Hope’s journey in search of his dreams. The poster features a striking contrast of colors, with J-Hope capturing attention in a dynamic pose.

‘HOPE ON THE STREET’ is a documentary about J-Hope. As he reaches his 12th year since debut, he reflects on his life through ‘dance’, which transcends his past, present, and future.

During his trainee days, he travels with his dance teacher and popping world champion, Buddha Stretch, to Osaka, Japan, Paris, France, New York, USA, Seoul, and Gwangju, Korea.

J-Hope meets artists in each city, most of whom are active in street dance genres such as popping, house, hip-hop, and locking.

Through dancing with them, he gains new learning experiences. The documentary not only captures his uniquely bright atmosphere but also the relentless effort of the main dancer of ‘BTS’.

J-Hope was deeply involved in the planning stage of the documentary. He actively provided his opinions on the selection of cities, dance genres, and dancers, thereby shaping the direction of the project.

An official stated, “J-Hope devoted a great deal of effort to the composition of the video,” and “was able to complete a documentary series that is filled with his own color.”

The documentary is composed of a total of 6 episodes. The first episode will be released worldwide in 240 countries/regions through OTT ‘Tving’ and ‘Amazon Prime Video’ on the 28th.

J-Hope will release his new album ‘HOPE ON THE STREET vol.1’ globally at 1 PM on the 29th.

The title track is ‘NEURON’ (with Gaeko & Yoon Mirae). It encapsulates J-Hope’s musical roots, the motivations of his life, and his anticipation for a new beginning.

The documentary was also produced in conjunction with this album. Through organically linked music and videos, it three-dimensionally expresses the message he wishes to convey.
