'BTS' J-Hope has announced the release of a new song.
On the 11th (KST), J-Hope held a live broadcast on the global superfan platform 'Weverse.' He revealed that he will be releasing two new songs this year. He will showcase music that is entirely different from his digital single 'Sweet Dreams.' "Interestingly, all three songs will have different styles," he hinted.
J-Hope shared, "While working on the album in the U.S., I thought about what kind of music you would like." He confessed, "In the end, the answer was 'good music.'"
Through this single project, he is establishing his musical direction and unique color. He mentioned that this will significantly influence his next solo full-length album.
Recently, he released a single and met with his fans (called ARMY). Before the release of the new song, he had a 12-hour live session on Weverse and held a fan event on the day of the release.
Afterward, he headed to the U.S. He hosted a pop-up event, 'Sweet Dreams Flower,' at Genesis House in New York on the 9th and 10th. J-Hope touched fans with message cards.
He collaborated with 'Magnolia Bakery,' infusing the atmosphere of the new song into cupcakes and banana pudding. J-Hope contributed to the product design, adding a special touch.
He also prepared a variety of content. He appeared on MBC-TV's 'I Live Alone' and JTBC's 'Please Take Care of My Refrigerator.' He will also be featured on the YouTube channel 'Gabi Girl.'
A world tour is also on the horizon. He will kick off his North American tour in Brooklyn on the 14th and 15th, becoming the first solo Korean artist to enter the BMO Stadium in Los Angeles.
