IVE will take the stage at a major Japanese festival.
IVE will perform on the 'Summer Sonic 2024' stage in Japan. They will appear on the 17th at Osaka's Expo Commemoration Park and on the 18th at Tokyo's ZOZO Marine Town & Makuhari Messe.
'Summer Sonic 2024' is Japan's largest urban music festival, attracting about 200,000 attendees annually. It features top local artists and world-renowned musicians.
About 200,000 attendees are expected.
IVE will perform a setlist of hit songs with live band arrangements. A representative said, "We're looking forward to captivating the Japanese DIVE and audience with an exciting stage."
IVE made their official debut in Japan in October 2022. Their debut single album 'ELEVEN' was added to the Gold Disc list by the Japan Record Association.
Their first Japanese album 'WAVE' topped local charts, including Oricon's Daily and Weekly Albums, Tower Records' Overall Albums, and Billboard Japan's Weekly Top Album Sales.
In January, they held their first world tour 'SHOW WHAT I HAVE' in Yokohama, becoming the first Korean artists to perform at the 'K-Arena Yokohama.'
They drew about 78,000 local fans. Their concerts on January 31st and February 1st at Fukuoka's 'Marine Messe Fukuoka', and on February 7th and 8th at Osaka's 'Osaka-jo Hall' were sold out.
IVE recently completed their first festival debut at 'Lollapalooza Chicago' in Grant Park, Illinois, USA, showcasing stable live performances.
They also met domestic fans through the world tour encore. On the 10th and 11th, they successfully wrapped up the first world tour encore concert 'SHOW WHAT I HAVE' at KSPO Dome.
IVE is gearing up for the grand finale of their first world tour. They will perform at Tokyo Dome on the 4th and 5th of next month. Their new Japanese mini-album 'ALIVE' will be released on the 28th.
