ITZY has begun the countdown to their full-group comeback. They are set to unveil their first-ever double title tracks.
On the 13th at midnight, JYP Entertainment surprised fans by revealing the tracklist and scheduler for the new album 'GOLD' on their official SNS channels, heightening the excitement for the comeback.
According to the tracklist, ITZY will showcase double title tracks for the first time since their debut. The main tracks are 'GOLD' and 'Imaginary Friend.'
The album will consist of a total of 11 songs. Besides the title tracks, it includes 'Bad Girls All Us,' 'Supernatural,' 'Five,' and 'Bae.' It also features tracks from their previous work, 'Born to be,' completed with the voices of all five members.
The lineup of prominent writers has also captured attention. Hitmaker Ryan Jhun and renowned American producer Dem Jointz contributed to the title tracks, enhancing their completeness. Esteemed writers like Cho Yoon-kyung and Bang Hye-hyun have also come together for the project.
The 6th track, 'Bae', is particularly eye-catching. 'Stray Kids' member Changbin participated in the songwriting and featured on the track. Fans are already eagerly anticipating the synergy between ITZY and him.
Ahead of their comeback, ITZY is rolling out a variety of content. Starting with a trailer video on the 30th, they have prepared concept photos, a teaser for the title track's music video, and album spoilers.
That's not all. On the day of their comeback, October 15, ITZY will host a countdown live broadcast at 5 PM to celebrate the release of the new album. On November 2, they will hold an official fan meeting to reconnect with their fans.
Meanwhile, ITZY's new mini-album will be officially released on various music sites at 6 PM on October 15.
