Director Hyun Hae-ri reminisced about the late Song Jae-rim. 'Crash' (directed by Hyun Hae-ri) is Song Jae-rim's final film. It deals with the plight of young people addicted to get-rich-quick schemes like stocks and coins, based on the Luna coin crash of 50 trillion won. Song Jae-rim played the role of Yang Do-hyun, a cryptocurrency developer who created a coin called 'MOMMY.' He completed a vibe entirely different from his previous works.

Director Hyun Hae-ri recalled Song Jae-rim's acting, saying, "He was meticulous in portraying a character involved in real events. He demonstrated a professional demeanor." She searched for related articles and analyzed the script. "He checked the latest articles carefully before each shoot and suggested, 'Shall we change this part?'" she shared about the filming anecdotes.

Song Jae-rim was found dead at his home in Seongdong-gu, Seoul, on November 12 last year. A friend reported it to the police. There are reportedly no suspicions of foul play.

Meanwhile, 'Crash' is set to be released on the 15th.
